"As
you know I was a little skeptical when I received your estimate
about putting the system in. I had some rooms that didn't get enough
air and I knew the air ducts had to be reworked plus I knew the
unit, which was 18 years old, had to be replaced. I had a couple of
other quotes, which were lower, but then I knew the unit they were
quoting wasn't as efficient plus they weren't including the extras
that you were. I now know I made the right choice. The reworked air
ducts no longer air condition the attic in the summer or heat it in
the winter. There is ample air to all rooms in the house with a
consistent temperature throughout the house. The newly added
filtering system really keeps the dust to a minimum. My wife really
appreciates this because before she was dusting every other day and
now she only has to dust every two weeks. The programmable
thermostat allows me to set a range of temperature from 6 in the
morning to 11 at night with another range from 11 at night to 6 in
the morning. In addition, with the new system we qualified as a good
cents home with Black River Electric plus as I said before I am
never aware when it goes on or off."
